Hello, I’m Fabrizio, originally from Mexico and currently based in Barcelona, Spain.

More than anything, I consider myself a citizen of the world. My life and career have been shaped by movement, curiosity, and adaptability. Over the years, I’ve lived and worked across Latin America, Europe, and the United States, including Brazil, Honduras, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Portugal, and the U.S. Each place added layers to how I think, work, and relate to people.

Today, my work revolves around product, growth, and go-to-market strategy, helping companies scale with clarity, structure, and cultural awareness. LATAM was my home for years, a formative chapter that deeply shaped both my professional mindset and my values.

Although my academic background is in business administration, my career has always been grounded in process engineering and systems thinking. Early on, I knew I didn’t want to be confined to a single discipline. My aspiration was clear: to become an executive who adds real value to society, and, in parallel, to teach and share knowledge.

That drive comes from my childhood. I grew up in classrooms and laboratories. My mother, a retired chemistry and biology teacher and a single mother, often brought me to her classes. Science, learning, and curiosity were always present, even if life eventually redirected my path.

As the youngest in my family, I was raised by strong women — my mother, my sister, and my aunt, who played the role of a second mother. Growing up in a close-knit family taught me resilience, independence, and ambition, as well as the importance of giving back.

People often ask me: Why LATAM, why Brazil?

For me, it was a deliberate decision. I wanted to build a solid professional foundation and master a new language. While many followed conventional paths, I chose to explore where opportunity was emerging. In 2007, Brazil was rising. At 18, I moved there without speaking Portuguese, with limited resources and a strong belief that growth happens outside comfort zones.

And then comes the natural follow-up: Why Spain? Why Europe — now?

This move is not about starting over or chasing trends. It’s about alignment.

After years of building, learning, and operating in high-intensity environments, I reached a stage where perspective matters more than speed, and depth matters more than volume.

Spain, and Europe more broadly, represent this balance.

A place where global thinking meets long-term responsibility. Where experience is not just accumulated, but applied with intention.

This is my new momentum:

• Less proving, more contributing

• Less acceleration, more precision

Today, I see myself as a challenge manager and transformational facilitator,  someone who helps companies and teams rethink, structure, and scale their go-to-market strategies, especially in multicultural and international contexts.
